No Returns on Perfumes
Due to the personal nature of fragrances and the integrity of product hygiene, we do not accept returns under any circumstances for perfumes once they have been delivered. This policy is in place for the following important reasons:

Fragrance is a personal preference. What may appeal to one individual may not suit another. Since scent preferences are subjective and vary widely, we kindly request customers to read the fragrance notes, descriptions, and concentration levels carefully before making a purchase.

Product integrity and authenticity. To maintain the highest levels of product hygiene and authenticity for all our customers, we cannot accept any product back into our inventory once it has left our facility.
Please understand that this policy applies even if the product has not been used or opened. For this reason, no returns will be entertained if you simply do not like the scent or feel that it doesn’t suit you.

Exchange Policy for Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in securely packing and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where the product is damaged during transit, or if you receive a defective item, you may be eligible for an exchange.
We do not offer refunds, but we will be happy to replace the damaged product under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

The product must be physically damaged, leaking, or broken upon delivery.

The issue must be reported to us within 15 days from the date of delivery.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the condition of the product at the time of opening the package.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for an exchange, you must provide a complete, unedited video showing:

The sealed package (before it is opened)

The full unboxing process

The damaged or defective part of the product
This video helps us verify the legitimacy of the claim and expedite your exchange request. Videos that appear edited, incomplete, or staged may not be accepted, and your exchange request could be denied.
We strictly do not process exchanges without this video proof. This policy is in place to protect both the customer and our business from fraudulent claims.
15-Day Exchange Window
You have a 15-day window from the date you receive your product to report any damage and submit your exchange request. After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to process your claim, regardless of the reason.
We encourage customers to inspect the package and record the unboxing as soon as they receive the delivery to avoid any issues related to delayed reporting.
Exchange products will be delivered within 7 days
Non-Exchangeable Scenarios
Please note that an exchange will not be approved in the following situations:

The product does not suit your skin or lasts differently on you than expected.

You had a change of mind after placing or receiving the order.

You failed to submit an unboxing video, or the video is incomplete or unclear.

The request was made after the 15-day exchange window.
As perfumes are subjective and individual body chemistry affects how a scent performs, we do not consider personal preference or skin compatibility valid reasons for return or exchange.
